Promising high interest and not paying back debts
For many years, Mark Ioli AKA thedutch4141, has borrowed and loaned money from poker players & sports bettors promising high interest and not paying.
Mark Ioli uses SLOWPAY tactics to avoid paying back his debts. If you loan him money you will never see that money back ever again. More than Reasonable time has been given to him to pay back his debts, but he never does. He promises high interest to entice getting loans, but will slowpay you crumbs and say that other people are ahead of you in getting paid back. He also uses the money that you loan him to go to high end restaurants & take women out on dates on your dime. Mark Ioli claims to be a winning sports bettor, but he has a drinking and drug problem. When confronted about his loans, he tries to escalate physically and gives every excuse in the book. He was an admin in a sports betting vig-free chat, and scammed many others for 6-7 figures. He has over 50+ debts and doesn't pay. Do not loan any money to this deadbeat. He is a losing sports bettor (who claims he wins on MMA and college basketball!), and he is no longer good enough to win at poker. He claims to be sober but he has obvious problems. Avoid loaning any money or doing any business with Mark Ioli. He has begged for money, even swore on his dead dog "Ace" that he would pay back his debts, but he never does. He also has an obsession with Bitcoin and claims to be a big advocate, but when you ask him to pay back any debt he claims he has nothing.

He used to be a supernova elite 10+ years ago. But now his drinking problems and not being that good at poker have caught up to him. He is delusional in his skills.
